Last week, we were proud to publish ‘A Workforce Transformed (https://financialservicesskills.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/AI-disruptive-technology-report-workforce-transformed.pdf) ’ – an HM Treasury‑commissioned report exploring how AI and other disruptive technologies will reshape roles, skills and the future of work across the sector. This was informed by more than half a year of engagement with industry. It highlights the collective action needed to ensure the UK remains a world-leading financial centre in the age of AI.
To hear more about the key findings, plus next steps for our research, please join me on Thursday 4 June for a one-hour webinar. I’m delighted that we’ll be hearing from Lloyds Banking Group, PwC, City of London Corporation and TheCityUK, all of whom supported the work. You can register to attend here (https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/a-workforce-transformed-report-walkthrough-tickets-1989096289547?aff=sholdnewsl) .
Below you’ll find opportunities to get involved in our work, as well as data-led insights such as our latest Annual Skills Report.
