Labour Home is an independent digital platform providing news, analysis, interviews and opinion for Labour Party members, activists, elected representatives and supporters across the UK.

We are proudly rooted in the Labour movement while remaining editorially independent from the Labour Party.

Our mission

Our mission is to inform, connect and strengthen the Labour movement.

We provide clear and timely coverage of Labour politics, Westminster, local government, trade unions, public policy and international affairs. We also create space for Labour voices from across the country—from MPs, mayors and councillors to trade unionists, campaigners, party members and community leaders.

Through our news coverage, opinion articles, interviews, podcasts and events, we aim to encourage constructive debate, showcase Labour ideas and highlight the work being undertaken by Labour representatives and activists in communities across the UK.

Who we are

Labour Home is run by a small editorial team with experience in Labour politics, journalism, communications and digital campaigning.

We are not an official Labour Party publication and do not speak on behalf of the Labour Party.

We are committed to accuracy, clarity and fairness.

News reports are produced by our editorial team, while opinion articles represent the views of their named authors and do not necessarily reflect the position of Labour Home.

We clearly identify contributors and partner content wherever appropriate. If we make a factual error, we will correct it promptly and transparently.
