The Prime Minister says his response to the Milburn review will include guarantees of help when young people need it.

Natasha Irons has secured a commitment that the Government's response to the Milburn review will include guarantees of timely mental-health support for young people.
The Croydon East MP told the Commons that some young people in her constituency were waiting as long as four years for help.
She asked what the Government would do to invest in early support and reduce delays that leave families without assistance.
The Prime Minister said young people should receive support when it is needed rather than waiting months or years.
He said that guarantee would form part of his response to the Milburn review, whose recommendations are expected to shape the Government's next youth-policy decisions.
The commitment sets an intended service standard, but the Prime Minister did not give a delivery date, workforce plan or additional funding figure during the exchange.
